Sound familiar?

  • Your contract ended a while ago

And you’re still paying whatever they charge once the deal runs out.

  • Another price rise just landed

You noticed. You meant to do something about it. Then the week happened.

  • You keep meaning to ring them

But it never feels like the right evening to spend an hour on hold.

  • You like your provider, just not the price

You’d happily stay if the price was fair. Nobody has asked them for you.

Ofcom found that broadband customers in contract pay, on average, £7 to £9 a month less than those who are out of contract. Ofcom, February 2026

On Universal Credit or Pension Credit?

You could get broadband from about £10 a month with a social tariff, a cheaper deal most big providers offer to households on certain benefits, with no fee to leave. Tell us when you start whether the account holder gets, or may get, a qualifying benefit, and we’ll check each provider’s social tariff for you; the provider confirms you qualify when you sign up.

How it works

About 5 minutes from you. We handle the rest.

  1. You · 5 min

    Share your bill

Upload it, or type in the details if it isn’t to hand. Tell us what matters, like your speed, your TV or staying with your provider.

  2. Us

We work out your best option

We compare what you pay with what’s on offer at your address, including what your provider will do to keep you. Stay, negotiate or switch: you get one answer, with the reasons.

  3. You · one yes

You say yes, we do the rest

We agree the new deal or place the order with the provider. We only come back to you if they need you, for example to confirm it’s you.

  4. Us

    Done, and checked

We confirm the change actually happened, from the provider’s own confirmation, and let you know it’s sorted.

Why we built this

“I was with the same broadband provider for over ten years. I knew I should shop around. I never did.”

Frequently asked questions

The questions people ask before handing us their bill

What’s the catch? Why is it free?

There isn’t one. Handling your broadband is free, and there’s no card to enter. Providers don’t pay us either, so we’ve no reason to steer you towards one. Later we plan to offer help with other bills, like energy and insurance, as a paid option. That’s up to you, and you’d agree to it first.

Do I have to switch provider?

No. Often the best result is a better price from the provider you already have. If you want to stay put whatever happens, tell us and we’ll only look at staying.

I get Universal Credit or Pension Credit. Can you help?

Yes, and it could make a real difference. Most big providers offer social tariffs: cheaper broadband for households on Universal Credit, Pension Credit and some other benefits, from about £10 to £25 a month, with no fee to leave. When you start, we ask whether the account holder gets a qualifying benefit; say yes, or not sure, and we’ll check each provider’s social tariff, your current provider’s included.

How long does it take? Will my internet go off?

Getting started takes you about 5 minutes. If you switch, your new provider arranges the changeover. If anything could leave you offline, like an engineer visit, we tell you before you decide.

What happens to my bill and my details?

Your bill is stored privately, and only the person handling your case can see it. We never ask for card or bank details by email or text, and never for your provider account’s password or security answers. A payment, when you choose to make one, happens on Stripe’s page. You can delete your account from your settings at any time.

Ready to hand it over?

Five minutes from you, then we take it from here.
